The OA-LAN Management Help Desk provides personal computer, network and other types of server and hardware support for the consolidated agencies.

Submit a Help Desk Request Online

For medium and low priority issues, you can submit a help desk request online.  You will need to login using your CWOPA credentials and choose the Agency Support link under the Self Service homepage.  You can follow these instructions to submit a request.

Response Times

All requests are assigned a priority level, which determines the response time to your call. Response times for calls received within normal business hours (7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) will be responded to in this manner:

  • Urgent – 15 minutes
  • High – 1 hour
  • Medium – 8 hours
  • Low – 16 hours 
After-hours response times may vary, but your call will be responded to promptly.
