Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
On July 11, 2024, the Office of Administration delivered proposed regulations to the Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) and the Legislative Reference Bureau (LRB) for publication and public comment. These proposed regulations, entitled the "Civil Service Reform Regulations," implement the Civil Service Reform Act, 71 Pa.C.S. Part III, and set forth the rules surrounding application to, and employment in, the Commonwealth's classified service.
