Testing

Effective March 14, 2022, the commonwealth rescinded its testing requirement for unvaccinated employees in health care and congregate care settings.

HOWEVER, health care facilities covered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) must continue to follow all federal guidance for testing unvaccinated employees.
