The Governor's Office of Administration strongly supports citizens' right to know, in detail, how their government conducts business on their behalf. Pennsylvania's
right-to-know law provides public information through
agency open records officers. Citizens are urged to directly contact the agencies from which they seek information through the agency's open records officer.
When we receive a request for information related to activities of the Governor's Office of Administration, we make every effort to determine if the requested records are public and if we have, or have control of, them. We will respond as promptly as possible under the circumstances of the request. More information is available in the
Office of Administration's right-to-know policy.
A wealth of up-to-date state contracting information is also available online through the Department of Treasury's
e-Library and the Department of General Services'
e-Marketplace.
